Job Description
- System Operations: Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), SOA, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- System Administration and Monitoring: Administer and maintain the OIM, OAM, OHS, OUD, BIP, and ADF systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades. Ensure system availability, performance, and security. Monitor the health, performance, and security of OIM, OAM, OHS, OUD, BIP, and ADF systems. Implement proactive monitoring mechanisms and alerts to ensure system stability and availability.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to diagnose and address complex problems.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and roles within the OIM and OAM systems.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional(external) teams to integrate OIM, OAM, OHS, OUD, BIP, and ADF systems with other enterprise systems and applications. Participate in system integration projects and initiatives.
- Incident and Change Management: Follow established incident and change management processes to track, prioritize, and resolve system-related incidents and service requests. Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain system documentation, including installation guides, configuration documents, and operational procedures. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and technical staff.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement performance tuning measures and conduct periodic performance assessments.
- Security, Compliance, Attestation and Reporting: Ensure system compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Implement security controls, access management, and vulnerability management practices. Perform periodic certifications/attestations to perform access reviews. Generate and schedule OOTB (out-of-the-box) and custom reports using BI Publisher (BIP).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to OIM, OAM, OHS, OUD, BIP, and ADF systems. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation and Communication: Strong documentation skills to maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and configuration guides. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
